This is a fantastic, tranquil place for a gathering of friends or family! The decor is very modern and kept very clean. It is set in a beautiful location with lots of ducks and sheep roaming around, the hot tub was great and checked daily for cleanliness. We wanted a BBQ one day but had no car to go and get charcoal and one of the staff went out of their way to get us some so, so helpful. Thank you we had an amazing weekend here can't wait to come back!

Excellent holiday. Penvale Lakes is a wonderful location, we had a very good family weekend spoiling ourselves in lovely surroundings. Our lodge was perfect for a family group, hot tub was lovely. Please visit you will not be disappointed.

Location is fantastic and the hot tubs are fantastic. Nice as there are only 12 lodges on site.

The location was lovely with a view of the lakes. Very spacious with everything you need. Hot tub was great.

If you are looking for a luxury break in beautiful scenery then this is the place for you, fishing outside your door pleanty of walks and the log cabins are beautiful. 6 Adults and 2 children shared the Birches lodge VIP Feb 2011 plenty of space great location and the hot tub was fantastic and plenty big enough for everyone, would highly recommend and would definitely return, lovely staff and very high standards on site.
